Abstract

Engagement in psychodrama workshops online is different than it is in person—and

potentially equally powerful. What is lost can be gained visually with gestures, masks,

props, and facial expressions; we are just beginning to explore the creative potential of

telehealth. This article offers a brief history of telehealth and describes a step-by-step

process we have developed for our telehealth psychodrama workshops. The aim is to enrich

the conversation about doing effective sociometry and psychodrama with this new

medium.
