Abstract

This article describes the phase of processing in psychodrama and discusses some of its problematic issues. As a training aid, processing may focus upon personal, professional, or group-related issues. If the difficulties in management are resolved, processing may become a powerful learning experience that gives participants an opportunity to make sense of the complex processes activated in psychodrama. A processing checklist is presented asa systematic aid in evaluating the professional skills of psychodrama directors.
