Role Dynamics: A Comprehensive Theory of Psychology

One of Moreno's major contributions was his approach to role theory, an approach that encouraged its practical application in both therapeutic settings and the community at large. I have systematized this way of using the concept of role, and the resulting theory has a number of advantages that allow it to be considered as a rational foundation not only for psychodrama but for the entire field of applied psychology and sociology.
